LINEAR LAYERS

My design for Texas City is inspired by the area's evolving industrial and residential layering, which I translated into a multi-layered air-cooling technology. This system draws hot air through exterior fans, honeycomb filters, and damped pottery tubes to naturally cool the interior, while also becoming a central architectural feature that connects buildings via bridges and cut floor plates. The project centers around an I-FLY program, supported by dispersed interactive spaces, kinetic solar panels, and a linear grid expressed through both architecture and site elements like trees and water paths.
